About Us

Hey there! My name is Cassidy, and I am the founder of Pitter Patter Pets. I was born and raised in Topsham, Maine, and that is where I met my husband, John. The two of us and our girls, Olivia and Briana moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee about seven years ago and have not looked back. Over the years we have had many furry family members come through our home. While some are still with us, many have passed on. Caring for animals is where my heart is.

I have worked in animal care for over seven years, and I have loved every moment. Through this work, I have learned that all animals are deserving of a full and happy life. I have adopted and cared for many senior pets in an attempt to make their last moments the most comfortable and happiest that I can. I have also raised and cared for young pets. These energetic souls often require guidance and attention that is difficult for a lot of pet parents to give. I especially love taking care of any dogs and cats that have special needs.

That is my mission. I want to not only care for your pets while you are away, but I want to love your pets as if they were my own. These animals are a part of your family, and I want to make sure that they feel as loved and as valued as I know they are. I strive my hardest every day to ensure that every animal is loved, heard, and spoiled. Each pet is unique and must be cared for and loved in a way that is special to them. While their lives may not be as long as we want, their pure hearts make every breath they take so incredibly special. I am here to meet not only your needs as my client but your pets’ needs as my friends.
